Odisha suffered three defeats in a row in Vijay Hazare Trophy Cricket Tournament when they lost to Baroda by 56 runs in their fourth Group C league match at Airforce Complex Ground in Delhi today. Electing to bat, Baroda rode on a century by Aditya Waghmode to muster a competitive total of 225. In reply, Odisha folded up for 169.
Amidst the defeat captain Natraj Behera and pace bowler Ankit Yadav put up good performance for Odisha, scoring a half-century and bagging four wickets for 44 runs. Odisha will play their fifth match against Andhra tomorrow.
